I had the opportunity to interview Guerrila Marketing Expert Al Lautenslager and he gave me a real PR nugget.  His suggestion is to capitalize on a current event opportunity by issuing a press release.  For example, he explains about a guerilla marketing program that was a SNAFU here in Boston.  As soon as this happend he issued a press release, Guerilla Marketing Expert Available to Comment on Guerilla Marketing Promotion SNAFU.  Al got a call from MSNBC and was on television the next day, free exposure in front of millions.
