Timothy suggests that we need to focus on eliminating information instead of trying to organize it. Create freedom of time and choice. He says that grad’s from top Ivy League Schools school’s are funneled into high income 80 hour work week jobs and 15-20 years of soul crushing work.
He talks about time management and batching his e-mail and responding to it twice a day and suggests that we should design an auto responder that says: “due to the workload I will be responding to my e-mail at 11:00 am and 4:00 PM and if you require an immediate response please call me.”
