Consumer packaging yogurt is 25% less
In April 2008 Columbo yogurt owned by General Mills has reduced the size of their product by 25%. Their yogurt containers went from 8 ounces to 6 ounces. It seems to me the price stayed the same. If you look at a picture of the containers side by side they don’t look like a 25% loss in product. But maybe they were designed that way. As we all are starting to feel the pinch in higher oil prices and food prices so too are the CPC’s.
Notice how General Mills has not updated their product page yet with the fat and short yogurt photo of the new and improved product.
