Google is allowing voting
Take a look at your search results in Google. You will see a little up arrow and an X. You can suggest to Google that they move the results up or out. This is a huge move if it holds. Google is now allowing the human element to play a larger role in the search results.
This will be an interesting test. The inmates will be allowed to run the asylum!
