Here is a document and a well rounded definition of E-Mail Performance metrics. The distinction between this post and the post I did regarding the Nielson/NetRatings is that Nielson is removing metrics instead of being inclusive. IAB delivers and defines these E-mail metrics is a basic manner that most everyone can understand.
