Small Businesses Create New Jobs

When I saw this interview with Barack Obama I was very pleased to see our government finally recognizing the economic engine of our country, small businesses. As he says small businesses have created 65% of all new jobs in the past decade and a half. With numbers like these why hasn’t government been sending more money to small businesses? I was actually surprised that none of the presidential candidates would not interview us on the small business site My Success Gateway, considering we are focused on small businesses and small businesses have the impact on the economy that they do.
While Obama is allowing for $13 billion in new lending for small businesses (33,000 of them) and a health reform plan to offer better health insurance programs offering a tax credit all of these moves are very welcome! He is also urging congress to to increase the maximum size of SBA loans.
