Social Media End Game: Lead Generation

In this article from Mediapost Gary Kreissman talks about how lead generation is the poster child for accountability.  What is so attractive about social media marketing is we have a large enough net to capture the users we just have to convert enough of them into qualified leads then start the autoresponder and follow up marketing and segmentation.  While lead generation is already sophisticated it will become more so as marketers attempt to engage their audiences in social media.  Quality lead generation is a worthy skill and activity few have mastered well.  If you can, especially in a social media environment not only will your services are in huge demand you will be prosperous.  Everyone prefers a welcomed guest vs. a stranger. 

At the end of the day lead generation is a testing activityfinding out what users respond to and don’t.
