Warning Contents Under Pressure: Infighting at the National Hurricane Center
How often have you come across members on the same team all striving towards the same goal fighting amongst each other? We see it every day especially with the political environment in Washington and we also see it in our personal and professional lives. In the end everyone loses, unless there is a "code of honor" and an understanding among team members (this includes family too).
Let’s face it we are all under pressure to produce and deliver in many different environments. Blair Singer delivers a program called code of honor
and in my opinion I believe that this is probably his best program.
